Chief Executive Officer
Bruno Morel was hired as CEO of aveni in 2012. He is responsible for all aspects of corporate strategy. He brings more than 30 years of experience developing world-class products for some of the leading semiconductor and related companies in Silicon Valley, including Lam Research and Applied Materials.
Prior to aveni, Mr. Morel served as president and CEO of Semiconductor Tooling Services (now a subsidiary of Watlow), and VP of strategy and product development at Satcon Technology, Inc.
Throughout his career, Mr. Morel has been a strong technical leader, instrumental in driving teams to develop groundbreaking technology, products and processes. He has co-authored several patents.
CTO/ VP of Engineering
Frédéric Raynal is the CTO and VP of Engineering for aveni. He oversees all product development, integration, and IP. Mr. Raynal joined the organization in 2003 as director of product development. Prior to joining aveni, he held engineering positions at EDF (Électricité de France) and CEA Saclay.
Mr. Raynal holds a Ph.D. in electrochemistry from Université Paris XII, and a DEA from Université Toulouse III in process engineering. He co-authored the book Electroplating (InTech, 2012), and is the author/co-author of several patents.
Executive Finance Director
Laurent Rosset joined aveni as CFO in 2016. He is responsible for all finance-related activities, including accounting, controlling and taxes. Mr. Rosset has more than 20 years experience leading global finance organizations. Most recently, he served as the senior finance controller of EMEA at Eaton Corporation. Mr. Rosset has also held senior level positions at Salesforce and Xerox Corp.
Mr. Rosset has been a key player in over 20 mergers & acquisitions worldwide.
Senior Fellow, R&D Technology
Vincent Mevellec is the senior fellow of research and development technology for aveni. He joined the company in 2007, and is responsible for the continued growth of aveni’s IP portfolio. He also leads research into new product design, new markets, and applications. Prior to joining aveni, he was a research engineer at CEA Saclay, where he invented the Graftfast technology for grafting polymer. Vincent holds a PhD in nanochemistry, and an engineering degree in organic chemistry from École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Rennes. He is the author of 13 patents in the field of nanocoatings.
Director, Manufacturing Engineering & HQSE
Gaëlle Guittet is the director of manufacturing engineering and HQSE. She joined aveni in 2007. She is responsible for manufacturing development of chemical formulations, and for chemical process development to meet critical metallization requirements for customers. She is also responsible for Health, Quality, Safety and Environment at aveni.
Prior to joining aveni, Ms. Guittet worked for Graph Imprim, specializing in the formulation of chemicals for the printing industry.
Ms. Guittet holds an engineering degree in organic chemistry from École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Clermont-Ferrand, now called Sigma Clermont.
General Manager, Asia
Paul Blondeau is the general manager/technical director for Asia, responsible for the development strategy of Asia, leading the application engineering team at customer sites, and overseeing the ramp-up of products from evaluation phrase to high volume manufactures phase. He joined the organization
Paul graduated from the Grenoble Institute of Technology (Grenoble INP Phelma) in material science engineering and holds an International Master’s degree in functional advanced materials and engineering (FAME).
VP of Marketing & Communications
Stacie is the VP of Marketing & Communications for aveni. She was hired in 2020. She is responsible for strategic marketing, public and media relations and executive communications.
Prior to joining aveni, she held senior-level marketing positions at Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and Siebel Systems, earning billions in media impressions in major outlets including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, ABC, CBS, NBC and CNN.
She began her career as a field producer with KCOP-TV in Hollywood, California. After a brief stint as a Press Secretary, she worked for Ketchum Public Relations in its Technology Group. She is a member of the National Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
